Math is all around us from obvious things such as architecture and engineering as much as we imagine things that do not like movies and books. I had never stopped to think that mathematics is present in these things until I mention the miss. Some time ago I read a book called The Givenchy Code this book is about a girl named Melanie Prescott dogs she walks through the city of New York to earn some extra money and one day a stranger hands him an envelope that says "Play or Die". She is trapped in a game where the stakes are your life. Lynx, the murderer sends clues that she has to be worked based on math and history to win the game. She has a guard named Stryker, a former marine who just received an envelope Melanie embarked on this mission to life and death. With which to decipher the clues that will allow them to get through the game before the murder Lynx. This book is one of my favorites and is impressive as I had never before noticed the high content of mathematics. On several occasions, courts require that coordinates join Melanie, use equations and many other things related to this issue. The author of the book is Julie Kenner she is an American writer, who studied Radio and Television at the University of Texas before completing his law studies. After several years of legal practice, he began writing his first novels of the romantic with large doses of fantasy and paranormal elements. I always thought, having read several of his books that Kenner had studied something related to science, history or mathematics. A majority of his books have a lot of content about these topics. So it seems Kenner is a very intelligent and with a taste for mathematics. For this book I think the puzzles that have to do with numbers are the most entertaining and more entertaining to the reader because it tries to solve and are somewhat complicated. This book made me realize how necessary mathematics will not save your life as in this case but are essential to everyday life. Melanie just thinking that I had not had knowledge of mathematics she would be dead. But that is not going to happen to us because it is a fiction book but as a nutritionist is very important to master as they are necessary to determine equivalency to create a diet or many other aspects of nutrition. In conclusion, the mathematics are all over the world and always will be there so it's good to know even a little of them because they are always useful to something as simple as making a purchase and check if they give you either change or playing cards with friends mathematics are required to keep score.
